Brighton is not short of places to eat a good burger.
It has its share of places to drink interesting beer.
It just didn’t have quite the place we were looking for.
So we created it.
We began with the belief that burger + beer = a marriage made in heaven. Then we took it to the next stage: exceptional burger + craft beer = heaven on earth.
It’s all very well being great at one side of the relationship. When you get them both in one place, alongside people who really care about making the marriage last, you can feel the passion. So that’s what we set out to achieve. Our menus give the idea, but don’t include two critical ingredients; people and atmosphere.
You’re just going to have to come and start your own relationship.
WHY ‘STOCK’ BURGER CO?
What’s in a name? In our case, quite a lot.
We genuinely care where ALL our stock comes from. The beef in our burgers is all UK-reared Glenarm Shorthorn beef from farms we trust. Everything else is carefully sourced.
We keep a wide stock of great beers, including local brews from people we know. Our house brews are crafted to be perfect with burgers.
It all matters.
in Brighton, on the sea front, NEXT TO the HOLIDAY INN.
Handmade salsa, beef tomato, red onion and crisp lettuce, dressed with our Stock Burger Co. sauce.
Push the boat out with Marston’s Shipyard Pale Ale.
A sugar-pit cured beef short rib, slow cooked with our homemade smoky BBQ glaze, served with our house slaw and skinny fries.
CRAFT BEER CLASSIC
Roast garlic mayo, beer battered onion rings, sweet cured streaky bacon and crisp lettuce, dressed with our Stock Burger Co. Craft Beer sauce. A classic on its own; even better with one of our Lazy Lizard brews.
All the flavours of the seaside combined. Cheesecake mousse with fresh raspberries and strawberries, cinnamon doughnut, salted caramel sauce, soft-serve ice cream and topped with candy floss. We even make our soft serve ice-cream with local Plumpton Cream.
We take our drinks very seriously. That’s why they’re such fun. Here are some current favourites.
